Sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your Foodpanda order.
When Can You Cancel a Foodpanda Order?
You can easily cancel your order if the seller has not yet accepted it. But once the seller has accepted the order, canceling becomes more difficult & there may be consequences.
1.If the seller has NOT accepted the order:
- You can cancel without any problems.
2.If the seller HAS accepted the order:
- You may lose the delivery fee.
- C.O.D. may be removed as a future payment option.
- Eligibility for a refund depends on the status of your order and Foodpanda’s policies.
How to Cancel a Foodpanda Order
1.Open the Foodpanda App or Website
- Log in to your account.
2.Check Order Status
- Go to your current orders and see if the supplier has accepted them.
3.Cancel the Order
If the order is still pending and hasn’t been accepted, click the “Cancel” button.
4.If the Order is Accepted
- You may still request a cancellation, but refund policies and restocking fees may apply.

If your cancellation is approved, the refund process will depend on the payment method you used:
- Pandapay account: Refunds are sent here by default for credit card, debit card, or COD orders.
- Original payment method: If you used a different payment method (such as a digital wallet), the refund will go back to that method.
