CM KPK Ali Amin Gandapur Announced Free Laptops For Students: The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Ali Amin Gandapur, has announced that qualified students in KPK will receive free laptops. He said that the KPK government will distribute laptops to the same percentage of students as the Punjab government is currently doing. However, he did not disclose the exact number of laptops to be distributed.
He further said that KPK has performed better than Punjab in terms of governance. He claimed that KPK is the only province that has met the IMF conditions by exceeding its revenue collection targets. Currently, the KPK government has a surplus of PKR 170 billion.
Despite the difficult economic conditions, Gandapur emphasized that KPK has increased the income of its citizens by 55%. He also mentioned that our government will organize free weddings for 4,000 deserving girls, with each bride receiving 200,000 PKR. Gandapur urged Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif to take similar development initiatives in his province.
